FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA)

The Nunda Township Road District provides access to public records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

First 50 copies are free. Additional copies are 15 cents per side. Color and oversized copies may be available at additional cost.

All requests must be in writing either by mail, fax, e-mail or personal delivery.
